Frank Schettino is Vice President of People Success with overall responsibility for the people management and development of all Sapient people globally.

In partnering closely with Sapient’s senior leadership, Frank works to ensure Sapient is a great place to work by developing and implementing company-wide people strategies and programs.

Since joining Sapient in 1994, Schettino has held a variety of leadership positions including client executive roles in the automotive, financial services and entertainment industries. He also led the establishment and growth of Sapient's US West Coast presence.

Frank graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History from Brown University.
